Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your AXONON order.

Unopened products. You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be unopened, with the safety seal intact.

Opened products. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping. The customer pays for return shipping, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to start a return. Email us at axononinc@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Orders that have already shipped follow this policy.
